How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and associated data from the Betfuse platform, please follow the steps below. We are committed to ensuring your data privacy rights are respected.

  1. Send an Email: Compose an email to support@betfuse.com using the email address associated with your Betfuse account.
  2. Subject Line: Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" to ensure your request is prioritized correctly.
  3. Include Details: In the body of the email, please explicitly state that you would like to request the deletion of your account and personal data.

Our support team will process your request within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.

Data Types Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our active databases:

  • Account Information: Username, email address, password hashes, and profile details.
  • Usage Data: Betting history, prediction records, and app interaction logs.
  • Device Data: Device identifiers and crash logs associated with your user ID.

Data Retention Policy

Please note that we may retain certain information for legitimate legal or business purposes, such as:

  • Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., tax or financial regulations).
  • Resolution of disputes.
  • Enforcement of our agreements.

This data will be securely archived and isolated from further processing until the retention period expires or it is no longer needed.
